New Mountain Capital Acquires Emmes from Behrman Capital

The transaction, expected to close in early July 2022, positions Emmes for its next phase of growth with additional investment to expand its commercial, global and eClinical technology capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

Emmes Acquires Essex Management
