Alliance Technical Group, a Morgan Stanley Capital Partners–backed environmental services platform, has acquired ESC Spectrum, a provider of Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and Data Acquisition Systems (DAS). The deal adds ESC Spectrum's software, hardware, and field-service capabilities to Alliance's nationwide compliance, stack testing, and laboratory services, accelerating Alliance's CEMS/DAS offering and scale.
