Blue Box, a Dallas-based building optimization company, has acquired Filtration Services Group (FSG), a filtration process and onsite maintenance provider with offices in Michigan, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Missouri. The acquisition expands Blue Box's capabilities by combining its BioEnzyme HVAC optimization technology with FSG's filtration products and maintenance programs to deliver broader air-quality and carbon-reduction solutions for industrial and commercial customers.
