Smarsh has acquired Entreda, a developer of cybersecurity risk and compliance management software for the wealth management market. Entreda will operate as a stand-alone, wholly owned subsidiary under CEO Sid Yenamandra, enabling Smarsh to expand its enterprise cybersecurity risk and compliance capabilities for broker-dealers, RIAs and banks.

Norwegian document co-authoring and CPQ software vendor Xait has acquired Privia, a Virginia-based provider of capture and proposal management solutions serving the government contracting market. The deal adds Privia’s team (5 employees) and more than 10,000 end users from government contractor customers to Xait’s offering to accelerate expansion into the government contracting and public-sector markets; purchase price was not disclosed.
