Tremco CPG Acquires NOW Specialties' Wall System Fabrication Segment

Tremco CPG Inc. (part of Tremco Construction Products Group) has acquired the wall system fabrication segment of NOW Specialties, LLC, a Carrollton, Texas-based fabricator of Metal Composite Material (MCM) and Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) panels. The purchase expands Tremco's Modulite panel fabrication program and adds tested, code-compliant MCM/ACM capabilities to support growth in offsite and modular construction.
