Tremco CPG Acquires NOW Specialties' Wall System Fabrication Segment

(part of Tremco Construction Products Group) has acquired the wall system fabrication segment of NOW Specialties, LLC, a Carrollton, Texas-based fabricator of Metal Composite Material (MCM) and Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) panels. The purchase expands Tremco's Modulite panel fabrication program and adds tested, code-compliant MCM/ACM capabilities to support growth in offsite and modular construction.

Fulton Asset Management Acquires AFCO Industries

Fulton Asset Management, a family-backed investment platform based in Chicago, has acquired AFCO Industries, Inc., a vertically integrated U.S. manufacturer of aluminum, fiberglass, vinyl, and composite building products and a provider of CNC metal fabrication and contract manufacturing services headquartered in Alexandria, Louisiana. AFCO's existing leadership will remain in place; Fulton said the deal expands its industrial portfolio and reflects a long-term commitment to U.S. manufacturing.

Hoover Treated Wood Products Acquires Arconic Architectural Products, LLC

Hoover Treated Wood Products, Inc. has acquired Arconic Architectural Products, LLC and will operate the Eastman, Georgia facility under a new division, Hoover Architectural Solutions, marking Hoover's entry into exterior aluminum cladding and signage. The acquisition transfers the Eastman manufacturing operations to Hoover and expands its building-products portfolio to include aluminum composite material (ACM) panel lines such as Reynobond FR and PE.
