The deal expands Olympic Steel's manufacturing capabilities and product offerings in coated carbon and stainless steel and is expected to be immediately accretive.

Commercial Metals Company Acquires Foley Products Company

Commercial Metals Company (CMC) completed the acquisition of Foley Products Company, LLC for $1.84 billion in cash. Foley, a Georgia-based supplier of precast concrete and pipe products operating 18 facilities across nine states with approximately 600 employees, will be integrated into CMC's newly formed precast platform to expand capabilities and scale in infrastructure, drainage, and construction end markets.

Tide Rock Holdings Acquires Fabcon

The deal adds vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities and capacity in the Western U.S. to Tide Rock's metals portfolio to support growth across industrial and electronics end markets.
