FAYAT Group Acquires Mecalac Group

FAYAT Group has acquired full ownership of the Mecalac Group, a manufacturer of compact construction equipment for urban jobsites. Mecalac will join FAYAT’s Road Equipment Division, operating autonomously while broadening the division’s compact and electric equipment capabilities across its production footprint in Europe, Asia and the Americas.
