Med-Metrix, a technology-enabled revenue cycle management (RCM) platform backed by A&M Capital Partners, has acquired ARMCO Partners, a provider of coding and forensic medical billing services. ARMCO — based in the Atlanta area with offices in Manila — serves over 100 health systems at more than 500 sites; the deal expands Med-Metrix's end-to-end RCM software and service capabilities. Financial terms were not disclosed.
