The transaction was financed with unitranche debt and an equity co-investment from Southfield Mezzanine; terms were not disclosed and Pacific West COO Dustin Hall retains a meaningful ownership stake. Bluejay intends to expand Pacific West's service offerings and geographic reach across the western United States.

The deal — executed as an add-on to Lumin8's platform — expands Lumin8's ITS and traffic-signal capabilities and more than doubles its presence in North Carolina, creating a combined organization of over 450 employees serving government agencies and contractors.
