Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. (Nasdaq: STRL) has completed its acquisition of Irving, Texas–based CEC Facilities Group, a specialty electrical and mechanical contractor. The deal expands Sterling’s E-Infrastructure capabilities into mission-critical electrical contracting and is expected to contribute approximately $130–138 million of revenue and $17–18 million of adjusted EBITDA for the remainder of 2025.

The add-on acquisition expands Allied's technical service, equipment and engineering capabilities for nuclear utilities, supporting outage, decommissioning and waste management work; financial terms were not disclosed.

CAES Acquires Colorado Engineering, Inc.
