Bear Castle Capital formed a new electrical services platform, Allied Services Group, and completed the acquisition of Colstrip Electrical, Inc. (CEI). CEI — a full‑service electrical contractor serving Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming across power, industrial, aerospace/defense, healthcare and data center end markets — will remain led by its existing management as Allied scales the platform with Bear Castle's capital and industry expertise.
