The acquisition adds visual configuration, AR/VR and guided-selling capabilities to AQ's quote-to-cash and CPQ suite to help manufacturers (especially in foodservice equipment) digitally engage channels and end customers and expand AQ's capabilities into adjacent manufacturing verticals.
