J.D. Power has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Autovista Group, a pan‑European and Australian provider of automotive data, analytics and market insights. The deal expands J.D. Power's vehicle valuation and specification capabilities while broadening its footprint in Europe and Australia; Autovista's ~700 employees and senior leadership will join J.D. Power, and the acquisition is expected to close by the end of 2023 subject to customary conditions and regulatory approval.
