Midwest Remediation (MWR) has acquired family-owned, Fort Wayne-based Water Out to expand its restoration and emergency-response footprint across Indiana. Water Out's management and name will remain in place, and the combined business will offer water damage, mold remediation, fire restoration, sewage, and air duct cleaning across a larger Indiana territory.

E Source Acquires Water Systems Optimization (WSO)

The acquisition, announced by E Source’s owner Align Capital Partners, integrates WSO’s analytics, leak-simulation models, and program management services into E Source’s Technology Planning and Implementation unit to better serve utilities and municipalities.

Whitewater Management Acquires Orion Water Solutions

Whitewater Management, a Hillcore Group–owned fluid management company based in Calgary, has acquired Orion Water Solutions, a Permian Basin–based provider of advanced wastewater treatment systems. The deal integrates Orion’s DAF, chlorine dioxide and biological treatment technologies into Whitewater’s service offering to expand capabilities across oil & gas, mining and municipal infrastructure and support North American growth.

Water On Demand Acquires Modular Water Systems Division from OriginClear
