CCS Facility Services, a portfolio company of Silver Oak Services Partners, has acquired Milwaukee-based Total Cleaning Systems. The acquisition expands CCS' footprint into the Midwest and brings Total Cleaning's floor/carpet care and facility maintenance capabilities into CCS' engineering arm. Total Cleaning, founded in 1969, will continue serving education, healthcare, industrial and commercial real estate customers under CCS.

The add-on expands Scopes' service capabilities and local footprint in California, bringing CMS's ~250 staff and janitorial, floor/carpet, pressure washing and disinfectant cleaning services into the Scopes platform.

Salt Creek Capital Acquires Capital Building Maintenance

Salt Creek Capital, a San Francisco Bay Area private equity firm, has acquired Capital Building Maintenance (Capital Building Maintenance Group, LLC and Capital Building Maintenance and Cleaning Services, Inc.), a South San Francisco-based commercial window washing, construction clean-up, pressure washing, and floor maintenance services provider. The transaction transfers ownership from founders Eric Huber and Mary Brasher to Salt Creek, which will partner with incoming CEO Mark Ianni to support growth and continuity for employees and customers.
