OCLI Vision Acquires Three Western New York Ophthalmology Practices

OCLI Vision, supported by management services partner Spectrum Vision Partners and investor Blue Sea Capital, has acquired Buffalo Niagara Retina Associates, Ophthalmology Associates of Western New York, and Retina Consultants of Western New York. The acquisitions expand OCLI Vision's clinical footprint in Western New York and are supported by SVP's practice management services; HPC Puckett Advisory acted as financial advisor to the Western New York practices.
