Ohio Transmission Corporation Acquires Filter and Coating Technology, Inc.

Ohio Transmission Corporation, through its OTP Industrial Solutions division, has acquired Filter and Coating Technology, Inc. (FACT), a Grand Rapids-based distributor of finishing, dispense and filtration products. FACT will operate as a division of OTP Industrial Solutions under current local management, adding approximately 21 employees and expanding Ohio Transmission Corporation's finishing and filtration capabilities across the Midwest.
