Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, acquired EP Henry, a family-owned manufacturer of hardscape and masonry products based in the U.S. Mid-Atlantic. The acquisition adds EP Henry's paver, retaining wall and wet-cast manufacturing and distribution capabilities to Oldcastle APG's building-products portfolio.
