Omega Holdings Acquires Wells Vehicle Electronics’ Automotive Aftermarket Electronics Business

Omega Holdings acquired the automotive aftermarket electronic components business of Wells Vehicle Electronics, L.P. The deal is intended to expand Omega’s capabilities in the vehicle electronics category and improve areas such as time in transit, fill rates, pricing, and quality assurances. The acquired aftermarket business will continue to operate as a standalone business under the Omega Holdings group.
