Incline Equity Partners Acquires iWave from Sverica Capital Management

Pittsburgh-based private equity firm Incline Equity Partners has acquired iWave, a Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island–based fundraising intelligence subscription software platform, from Sverica Capital Management. The deal transfers ownership of the fundraising intelligence leader—used by thousands of education, healthcare and nonprofit organizations—to Incline, which plans product investment and potential strategic acquisitions to accelerate growth.

WAVE Electronics Acquires KOA Electronics Distribution

Oji Holdings Acquires Walki from One Equity Partners

Oji Holdings Corporation has completed the acquisition of Walki Group Oy from private equity owner One Equity Partners. Walki, headquartered in Espoo, Finland, is a pan‑European manufacturer of sustainable packaging and engineered materials with 17 production facilities and more than 1,700 employees; OEP had owned Walki since July 2018 and grew revenue over 125% during its ownership while executing seven add‑on acquisitions.
