One80 Intermediaries Acquires SelmanCo

One80 Intermediaries, a specialty insurance broker headquartered in Boston, has acquired SelmanCo, a Cleveland-based third-party administrator and broker that provides life, supplemental health and related products and administration services to associations, credit unions, banks, employers and insurance companies across the U.S. and Canada. The acquisition strengthens One80's affinity and employee-benefits capabilities and expands its administrative services footprint; terms were not disclosed.
