OpenGate Capital Acquires Player One Amusement Group from Cineplex

OpenGate Capital has completed the acquisition of Player One Amusement Group (P1AG) from Cineplex for CAD 155 million. OpenGate will partner with P1AG’s management and invest in people, infrastructure, deployable assets and systems to support organic growth and pursue accretive acquisitions across North America.
