OR Royalties and Ocean Partners Fund Canadian Copper’s Bathurst Complex with Up to $96M in Project Financing

Canadian Copper Inc. announced committed project financing of up to C$96 million to advance its 100%-owned Murray Brook Project and Caribou Process Plant (Bathurst Complex) in Bathurst, New Brunswick. The financing includes a 20% life-of-mine payable precious metals stream with OR Royalties Inc. and up to C$48 million of project debt/off-take related arrangements with Ocean Partners UK Limited, alongside additional OR and Ocean Partners equity subscriptions.
