Orion Advisor Solutions has acquired BasisCode Compliance LLC, a cloud-based provider of regulatory compliance and risk-management software for the financial services industry. The acquisition brings BasisCode’s compliance, trading surveillance and audit-ready reporting capabilities into Orion’s wealthtech platform to strengthen Orion’s compliance technology offering for financial advisors and enterprise firms.
