The deal will combine Morpheo’s Omega orchestration platform with Vena’s FP&A software to create “Vena Omega,” a cumulative context engine intended to reduce decision latency and deepen AI capabilities for finance and business performance.

Aptean Acquires OpsVeda

Volaris Group Acquires Akuiteo Développement
