Vertice, an AI procurement platform, announced its acquisition of Vendr, a U.S. software pricing and negotiation intelligence company. The deal is intended to create the world’s largest procurement intelligence dataset by combining Vendr’s software pricing insights with Vertice’s procurement data to advance Vertice’s autonomous AI negotiation capabilities (including “Ana”).
