Overture Promotions, a portfolio company of Westbridge Capital, has acquired Eco Promotional Products (EPP), an e-commerce merch distributor focused on environmentally and socially responsible promotional products. EPP founder and CEO Michelle Sheldon is stepping down and EPP employees will join Overture as the business is folded into Overture's Overture Marketing Group to expand sustainable product offerings and customer services.

The transaction closed March 15, 2024, and the sellers were owners Darryl Anderson Sr. and Todd Lewallen, with Lewallen remaining as CEO and a partner post-closing.

Trivest Partners & Three20 Capital Group Invest in Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services

FleetPride Acquires L&L Distributors of Florida

Visterra Landscape Group Acquires Outdoor Pride

Visterra Landscape Group has acquired Manchester, New Hampshire-based Outdoor Pride, expanding Visterra's commercial landscaping and snow-removal footprint across New England. Outdoor Pride's leadership team will remain in place and will partner with Riverside Services, Visterra's inaugural New England platform company; financial terms were not disclosed.
