Safe and Green Development Corporation (SGD) has completed its acquisition of Resource Group US Holdings LLC, a next-generation environmental solutions company focused on turning organic green waste into engineered soil and mulch products. The deal gives SGD Resource Group’s integrated operational platform, including a permitted composting facility, aggregation sites, and a transportation fleet to support a closed-loop, zero-landfill model.

Sparus Holdings Acquires United Locating Services

GPRS (CIVC Portfolio Company) Acquires Master Locators' Utility Locating Business

GPRS, a portfolio company of CIVC Partners, has acquired the utility locating business of Master Locators, Inc., expanding GPRS' presence in the Northeastern United States. The deal brings Master Locators' regional team and leadership (including COO Kyle Sareyka joining GPRS as Northeast Regional Director) into GPRS to add scale across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and Delaware.
