Oxbo Acquires H&S Manufacturing

Oxbo, a Netherlands-headquartered maker of specialty harvesting and application equipment, has acquired H&S Manufacturing, which operates facilities in Marshfield and Clintonville, Wisconsin. The deal expands Oxbo's hay and forage product portfolio, dealer network and manufacturing footprint to better serve global hay and forage customers.
