P10 Acquires Qualitas Funds

P10, Inc. (NYSE: PX) has acquired Madrid-based Qualitas Equity Funds SGEIC, S.A. for an initial purchase price of $63 million with up to $35 million of potential earnout consideration. The deal gives P10 a European presence and adds approximately $1 billion in fee-paying assets under management while Qualitas founders Eric Halverson and Sergio Garcia will continue to manage day-to-day operations.

Stellex Capital Management Acquires Crest Ultrasonics

Stellex Capital Management, a New York-based private equity firm, has acquired Crest Ultrasonics, a global manufacturer of ultrasonic cleaning and welding equipment with operations in the United States, Europe and Asia. Stellex said it will partner with Crest's management to drive operational improvements, accelerate growth initiatives and expand the company's global footprint; terms were not disclosed.
