PalAmerican Security Acquires Patrol Protect Secure from Mangrove Equity Partners

PalAmerican Security has acquired Patrol Protect Secure, Inc. (PPS) from Mangrove Equity Partners and Sunlake Capital. PPS is a U.S. contract security platform that grew to ~2,400 security officers and completed six acquisitions under Mangrove/Sunlake ownership; the deal expands PalAmerican’s geographic footprint and capabilities in technology-enabled monitoring and off-duty law enforcement services.
