Pandell Acquires PetroNet Systems

Pandell Technology Corporation acquired PetroNet Systems in an asset purchase announced October 5, 2020, bringing the PetroNet production accounting software and its team into Pandell’s Canadian operations. The cloud-based PetroNet solution, used by more than 100 Canadian oil and gas producers, will be integrated into Pandell’s back-office SaaS suite to strengthen its upstream oil & gas financial and production accounting offering.

The deal expands BirchStreet’s presence in the select‑service hotel segment and brings ReactorNet’s platform—supporting over $2.0B of annual customer spend across more than 4,000 locations and 16,000 users—into BirchStreet’s product suite; ReactorNet’s active management shareholders will continue to operate the business within BirchStreet following closing.
