Petrosys (Carina/Constellation) Acquires Talus Technologies

Petrosys, a Carina Software company and division of Vela Software/Constellation Software, has acquired Calgary-based Talus Technologies, the developer of the Exploration Archives seismic data management solution. The acquisition adds Talus’s seismic and subsurface data management capabilities to Petrosys’s suite of geoscience and data management products to better serve energy exploration customers.
