Paragon Energy Solutions has acquired Technology Resources, a specialist in nuclear reactor instrumentation & control (I&C) licensing and engineering support. Ted Quinn, President of Technology Resources, will join Paragon as Vice President of Licensing to help expand Paragon's licensing strategy and digital I&C capabilities for commercial nuclear, DOE and advanced reactor markets.
