ParentSquare Acquires Remind

Serent-backed ParentSquare has acquired Remind and will combine the two K‑12 communication platforms under the ParentSquare name to expand school‑home engagement tools. The deal, which closed in November, will keep Remind’s products and free teacher messaging while discontinuing Remind Tutoring; financial terms were not disclosed.
