Park Place Technologies has acquired the NetSure+ inventory and logistics management solution from Charlotte-based SiteGrid, with SiteGrid CEO Brett Ganey and his team joining Park Place. The asset expands Park Place's IT infrastructure maintenance offering by adding OEM-compliant inventory, sparing and analytics capabilities to its global service portfolio.
