Park Place Technologies has acquired Xuper Limited, a nearly 40-year-old UK-based IT solutions and third-party maintenance provider headquartered in Derby. The deal expands Park Place’s UK and international engineering footprint and services capabilities; Xuper’s chairman Peter Grogan announced his retirement and will support the transition.
