Motion & Control Enterprises Acquires Filter Resources, Inc. from Parker Hannifin

Motion & Control Enterprises (MCE), a Frontenac-backed industrial distributor, has acquired Parker Hannifin Filtration (Houston), LLC (dba Filter Resources, Inc.). Filter Resources — a distributor of process liquid and air filtration products serving downstream oil & gas, petrochemical, and specialty chemical markets — will retain its brand and continue operating from its Pasadena, Texas and Lake Charles, Louisiana locations under General Manager Sidney Mondin. The deal expands MCE's filtration capabilities as an add-on to its platform.

Parker-Hannifin Acquires Meggitt for £6.3 Billion

The Mansfield, Texas company generates approximately $10 million in annual revenue and its patented continuous oil filtration technology will expand Middleby’s frying system and food‑processing product offerings.
