Thermo Fisher Scientific Acquires Solventum's Purification & Filtration Business

The divested business—now Thermo Fisher's Filtration and Separation business—adds bioprocessing filtration, industrial filtration and membrane technologies to Thermo Fisher's Life Sciences Solutions portfolio and is expected to generate about $750 million in revenue in 2025.

Rensa Filtration Acquires Air Filtration Co., Inc.

Rensa Filtration, a PE-backed manufacturer and distributor of air filtration products, has acquired Air Filtration Co., Inc., a family-owned maker and distributor of spray booth and industrial air filters with production facilities in Lancaster, California and Corydon, Iowa. The deal expands Rensa's geographic footprint in California and Iowa and adds Air Filtration Co.'s spray booth filtration product line to Rensa's portfolio.

Pacific Avenue Acquires Sogefi's Filtration Business (Now Purflux Group)

(the Filtration Business Unit) from Sogefi S.p.A.; the business will operate as Purflux Group. The company is a global manufacturer of vehicle filtration components serving aftermarket distributors and OEMs, generated over $600 million of revenue in 2023, and will be grown as a platform focused on aftermarket initiatives and supporting OEMs through the transition to electric vehicles.

Filtration Group (Madison Industries) Acquires Molecular Products from Arlington Capital Partners
