ParkHub Acquires Bonfire

ParkHub, a Dallas-based B2B parking technology provider, has acquired Bonfire, a campground management software platform, and added Bonfire CEO Jerry King to ParkHub's team. The acquisition expands ParkHub's product capabilities into campground reservations, bookings, and payments to serve the broader outdoor recreation and camping market.
