Paxos Acquires Fordefi

Paxos has acquired Fordefi, an institutional multi-party computation (MPC) wallet platform trusted by nearly 300 institutions. The deal combines Paxos' regulated blockchain and custody infrastructure with Fordefi's MPC wallet technology, enabling a unified platform for tokenization, stablecoin issuance, custody, and on-chain payments; terms were not disclosed.
