PCI Pharma Services (PCI) signed a definitive agreement to acquire Lyophilization Services of New England, Inc. (LSNE), a Bedford, New Hampshire-based contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), from Permira. The deal was closed in December 2021, adding LSNE’s lyophilization and sterile fill-finish capabilities and expanding PCI’s global CDMO network.
