Peak Toolworks, an Audax Group portfolio company, acquired Expert Die, Inc., a Georgia-based blade sales and saw-sharpening provider. The acquisition was supported by financing from Granite Creek Capital Partners' FlexCap II fund, in partnership with Muzinich BDC, Inc., with PNC Bank remaining as a lender; the deal expands Peak's service footprint in the southern U.S.
