Perch Energy Acquires Mitsui's Solstice to Expand Community Solar Platform

Perch Energy announced it will acquire Solstice, a community solar customer acquisition and management service provider formerly owned by MyPower, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsui & Co. The deal adds operational and under-contract solar projects and subscribers, with Solstice contributing about 500 MW of contracted projects.
