Percheron Capital-backed Big Brand Tire & Service Acquires American Tire Depot

Percheron Capital’s portfolio company Big Brand Tire & Service has acquired American Tire Depot, combining operations to create a leading tire and automotive service platform operating more than 160 service centers. The transaction, which is expected to close by year-end, will expand Big Brand’s footprint in California and accelerate growth through additional capital and operational resources; financial terms were not disclosed.
