Perforce Software, a Clearlake Capital portfolio company, has acquired Rogue Wave Software from Audax Private Equity. Rogue Wave, headquartered in Louisville, Colorado, provides developer tools, API management and open source support to large enterprise customers; the deal is an add-on to expand Perforce's developer tools platform. Terms were not disclosed.
