Perion Network Acquires Pub Ocean for up to $22 Million

Perion Network Ltd. agreed to acquire the assets of Pub Ocean, a publisher-focused technology platform, for up to $22.0 million (including $4.0M paid at signing, $17.0M in earnouts and $1.0M in retention). Pub Ocean will be integrated into Perion’s ContentIQ (CIQ) business to expand publisher orchestration, real-time revenue analytics and drive immediate revenue and EBITDA synergies.
