Pharma Fusion Acquires Columbia Pharmacy

Pharma Fusion announced it has acquired Columbia Pharmacy, a Chicago-based specialty and 340B pharmacy provider. The deal is intended to expand Pharma Fusion’s clinical footprint and national specialty infrastructure, including care programs for complex, rare, and chronic conditions. Pharma Fusion says the acquisition will extend its 2026 revenues to over $150 million and add proprietary AI-driven health score and data infrastructure for patient support.

AstraZeneca Acquires Fusion Pharmaceuticals

AstraZeneca has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Fusion Pharmaceuticals Inc., a clinical-stage company developing next-generation actinium-based radioconjugates, for $21.00 per share in cash plus a non-transferable contingent value right that could bring the total to approximately $2.4 billion. The acquisition adds Fusion's pipeline (including FPI-2265 for mCRPC), R&D and manufacturing capabilities in radioconjugates and strengthens AstraZeneca's oncology portfolio and presence in Canada.
