PIB Group Ltd has acquired Simply Insurance Services Ltd, a Purfleet-based specialist motor insurance broker that arranges motor trade, motorcycle, driving tuition and fleet policies. The 40-strong team and its ~8,000 clients will join PIB to strengthen the group's motor offering and broaden product access for existing customers.
