The Pennant Group Acquires Assets of Signature Healthcare at Home

The Pennant Group, Inc. agreed to purchase the assets of certain affiliates of Signature Healthcare at Home for a combined purchase price of $80.0 million, adding Signature's home health and hospice locations across Oregon, Washington and Idaho to Pennant's Pacific Northwest footprint. The transaction closed in two phases (Washington and Idaho assets closed Aug. 1, 2024; Oregon assets closed later), transferring an organization of over 650 staff and approximately $78 million in annual revenue into Pennant's network.

Pennant Group Acquires Ardent Hospice and Palliative Care

The Pennant Group, Inc. (through its hospice/home-health subsidiary Cornerstone Healthcare, Inc.) acquired the assets of Ardent Hospice and Palliative Care, expanding its hospice and home health footprint in California across the Central Valley, Palm Springs and San Diego. The acquired agencies had a collective hospice average daily census of approximately 90 patients prior to the transaction and will be integrated into Pennant’s existing home health and hospice operations.

Avid Health at Home (Havencrest) Acquires Home Care Angels and Private Duty Home Healthcare

Havencrest Capital Management’s Avid Health at Home platform has acquired Home Care Angels (HCA) in Illinois and Private Duty Home Healthcare (PDHH) in Michigan as the sixth and seventh add-ons to the Avid platform. The deals expand Avid’s Chicagoland network and mark its initial entry into Michigan as the platform grows its multi-state home care footprint.

Residential Home Health (Graham Healthcare Group) Acquires Covenant Home Health
